Zone4K is a Canadian IPTV subscription service. We deliver more than 22,000 live television channels and a library of roughly 90,000 on-demand films, series and documentaries over your existing internet connection. The catalogue covers Canadian and American networks alongside British, French, Arabic, South Asian and Latin American broadcasters, with heavy coverage of hockey, football, soccer, boxing and MMA. Playback runs through the IBO Player application on one authorised device.

Installation takes under ten minutes on most hardware. You install IBO Player from your device store or by side-loading the installer, note the MAC address and device key it displays, then enter your Zone4K playlist on the IBO Player web portal. The playlist is pushed to your device remotely and the channels populate. Every step, per platform, is documented on our IBO Player setup guide.

Zone4K does not auto-renew — nothing is charged to you silently. Two days before your period ends we email a reminder with a renewal link. You can also simply place a fresh order on the order page or message the support desk on WhatsApp. Renewals reuse your existing credentials, so there is nothing to reinstall and no playlist to re-enter.

Yes. Your subscription is bound to your account, not to a Canadian address, so it works anywhere with a stable connection — a hotel in Lisbon, a cottage in Muskoka, a relative’s house in Lahore. A minimum of 15 Mbps is recommended for 4K streams and 8 Mbps for HD. Note that only one device may be active at a time, so log out at home before you travel.

No. Each Zone4K subscription permits a single concurrent connection, and simultaneous logins from different locations trigger an automatic lock on the line. Households that need a second screen should take out a second subscription — we apply a standing discount on the second and subsequent lines for the same billing email. All sales are final once credentials have been issued and activated, which is standard for instantly delivered digital services. The two exceptions are a verified outage on our side exceeding 72 consecutive hours, which earns a pro-rata credit, and a duplicate charge, which is refunded in full.
