No. Zone4K charges once for the term you buy and nothing afterwards. Two days before expiry you receive an email reminder with a renewal link. If you ignore it, the line simply stops — no surprise charge appears on your statement three months later.
Yes, at any point. Message the support desk and we will apply the unused portion of your intro month as credit against the longer plan, then extend the same credentials. There is nothing to reinstall and no new playlist to enter.
Because the cost of serving an existing subscriber for month twelve is a fraction of the cost of acquiring one. Long terms reduce our churn and our support load, and we pass that saving back rather than banking it. The annual plan works out at $5.83 a month, roughly one twentieth of a full Canadian cable package.
